Rooms

The lower level is accessed directly using the south entrance. There are a set of stairs to provide access from the church and upper hall. The lower level has washroom facilities and is air conditioned. The lower lever has three rooms available for renting. The Board Room has the typical look with a large wood table. The table can comfortably seat 8. The small classroom has room to setup two standard folding tables; there is a small couch on the side. The large classroom has two entrances and can accommodate 30+ people sitting at folding tables. There is plenty of natural lighting from two sides.

The upper level has several access points. The ceremonial entrance is at the front of the church. The north entrance has vehicle passenger drop off. The back or sacristy entrance provides access from the back of the parking lot to the side of the church. The last entrance has access beside the kitchen. The hall and church are wheelchair accessible via the north entrance. Washrooms are located down a side corridor towards the kitchen. The hall has tinted windows to reduce the effect of the sun. There is a full kitchen with a serving window.

How To Rent a Room

You may contact the church office to check on the availability of a date. Remember the availability is tentative, depending on our Janitorial staff, or other functions scheduled, a date may be unavailable. We will hold a date you request for a period of two weeks, so that you have time to do the proper paperwork. Please remember, a date is not set until a completed application, with the proper payment and security deposits are received and approved by the Hall Rental committee. If we do not receive the above items within two weeks, the date may be forfeited.
