1937 church transformed in 2004:
Having stood for over 60 years this building served the community well. As Kanata has grown 10 fold and continues to expand west to Stittsville a larger building will serve the ever expanding congregation. When it comes time to re-design in 60 plus years we can only hope the new building of St. Paul's will have served the community as well as the church had done since 1937.

Stones Removed
IMAGE 1-1: The stone is removed off the exterior walls of the 1937 church. They are set aside to be used in the design of the new church.

Right Side
IMAGE 1-2: Along with the stone, we kept the furnishing - pews, altar, rails, stained glass, some light fixtures and of course the bell from the tower.

At the Back
IMAGE 1-3: It is hard to believe the church of 1937 will fit into the new church. How much have we grown?

Footings
IMAGE 1-4: The point coming out at the bottom is the Rector's office. The back high wall is where the Kanata Food Cupboard will reside.

Office & Rutter Hall
IMAGE 1-5: They built all winter to have the church ready for the dedication in September. The offices, classrooms and Kanata Food Cupboard are located on the lower level. All will be wheel chair accessible.

Bricked
IMAGE 1-6: Rutter Hall named after Rev. Ken Rutter is on the upper level; the kitchen takes up the whole back section adjacent to Rutter Hall.
