Sunday School (God Squad):
St. Paul's has an active Sunday School with
15- 30 children attending on any
given Sunday. Three different
age-appropriate classes are
available. Sunday School is
available at both the 9:15 am
and 11:00 am services.
We follow the "Seasons of the
Spirit" curriculum. Our vision
is to provide the children with
a lectionary-based resource that
encourages all age groups to be
nurtured and strengthened as
they:
-
explore the meaning and the relevance of the
Bible in their lives;
-
celebrate in song and worship His working in
their lives;
-
engage them in Biblical knowledge, love and
witness;
-
and to live in faith, shaped and led by the
Holy Spirit.
The youngest children (ages
3-5) follow the above
curriculum. This is a class
with lots of energy focused on
Bible stories, music. and
creative activities.
School-aged children (ages
6-9) follow the 'Seasons of
the Spirit' curriculum in more
detail. Biblical lessons and
their application to their
lives, music. and creative
projects enhance their learning
experience.
Youth (ages 10-12: “tweens”) attend a
middle-school youth-oriented
class. This class is designed to
stimulate discussion about the
choices in their lives and God’s
leading and purpose for them.
Based on Biblical principles it
is designed to strengthen their
Christian walk as they mature
and become aware of their
changing environment.
It is very helpful if you
register your child for Sunday
School. Please contact Nancy
Habinski at (613) 270-1423 if
you have any questions and to
register your child/children.
